The General Purchasing Conditions (“GPC”) of Pymag+Curtin apply to all purchases of products, product components, goods, materials, equipment, or any other items (collectively referred to as “Products”), as well as any services provided (referred to as “Services”). Together, the Products and Services are referred to as “Supplies”. These conditions govern all procurement transactions made by any legal entity of Pymag+Curtin (hereinafter referred to as “Pymag+Curtin”) from any person, firm, or company (the “Vendor”).
A “Contract” shall be defined as a purchase order issued by Pymag+Curtin and accepted or fulfilled by the Vendor.
